Getting to know Chris
This is not necessarily an easy job. As a die hard introvert, I enjoy spending more time in my own mind than in the company of others. I worked for 13 years as an EMT in both Tennessee and Florida. After years of serving the community in this way, I decided to get my Bachelor's degree and combine my clinical training with my natural tech skills. When the pandemic hit, I was the lucky winner of a layoff from my first tech job after graduation. At the same time, Maritza's practice was busier than ever and led to a growth in the practice. She immediately needed more help and support with admin tasks, such as billing, credentialing, and compliance. I found my niche in working with clinicians to support these administrative and technological tasks that are often too tedious and time consuming for most therapists.
